Artichoke cheese dip recipe, baked with Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, artichokes, and seasonings.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
dash garlic powder
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1 to 2 tablespoons chopped ripe tomato

PREPARATION:
Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, artichokes, and garlic powder; blend well. Spread mixture in a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Garnish with the green onion and chopped tomato.

Serve with assorted crackers or tortilla chips.
